Keeping The Blues Funky

Each musician brings something that is special, or unique to them when they play with a band.  It's a character that comes out in the music.  For myself, I call this the Wright Sound Source.

No matter what style of music you play, it should be fun, and even more fun to see the joy it brings.

I've worked the Chicago R&B and Blues scene since the late 70's, playing north, south, and westside clubs.  I've performed with some of Chicago's best, such as Syl Johnson, Sugar Blue, Junior Wells, The Staple Singers, Phil Guy, and Artie "Blues Boy" White, just to name a few.

Starting from 1998 I've been holding down the low end for Mr.Buddy Guy touring the world, getting in work with a few bands at home and a little session work when time allows.
